Over a 20‑year career I have driven commercial growth across banking, microfinance, fintech, SaaS, e‑commerce and retail. I started in product marketing at TAROM and later held leadership roles at ING Bank and Credit Europe Bank, where I managed worksite marketing and regional sales. At GE Money / Garanti Bank I integrated high‑performing sales units into the branch network and reshaped the sales force effectiveness programme【102546694287247†L147-L150】.
As Operations and Sales Director at ManpowerGroup, I diversified the service mix, implemented applicant and vendor management systems and secured major recruitment outsourcing contracts, generating +115 % profit【102546694287247†L121-L124】. At Starbucks (Amrest CEE) I rolled out a workforce management system and opened six new coffee shops【102546694287247†L112-L117】. Later I co‑founded Filbo, a micro‑lending platform, where the loan portfolio grew five‑fold in four years【102546694287247†L110-L111】 and ESG criteria were embedded in lending policies【102546694287247†L106-L109】. Most recently, at Up Romania I designed the go‑to‑market strategy for the UpMultiBeneficii platform and led sales force effectiveness programmes【102546694287247†L89-L93】.
I hold an MBA in Marketing from the Telfer School of Management and degrees in Business Administration and Project Management. Today I work as an independent consultant and trainer, partnering with organisations across industries to optimise their sales channels, launch new products and drive commercial transformation.
I believe in combining rigorous analysis with practical implementation. I am passionate about technology, aviation, mountains and South America, and I support education and sustainability projects on a pro bono basis. Developing people and helping teams grow is at the heart of what I do.
