Filbo – Micro‑Lending Platform

Context: Filbo was an early‑stage micro‑finance start‑up targeting small businesses.

Action: As co‑founder and Head of Sales & Partnerships I built the platform, defined the commercial strategy, designed a scalable sales model and integrated ESG criteria into lending policies.

Impact: Loan portfolio grew five‑fold between 2018 and 2022【102546694287247†L110-L111】.

Embedded Finance for SMEs

Context: SMEs lacked flexible financing solutions integrated into their daily operations.

Action: Collaborated with cross‑functional teams to co‑create the first embedded finance and Buy Now Pay Later solution for SMEs. Defined the value proposition, designed the go‑to‑market plan and aligned partner channels.

Sales Force Effectiveness Programme – Albanian Bank

Context: A top three bank in Albania needed to improve sales productivity and pipeline visibility.

Action: Conducted a sales force diagnosis, redesigned processes and implemented performance management and reporting tools.

Commercial Transformation – ManpowerGroup

Context: ManpowerGroup Romania sought to diversify revenue and modernise operations.

Action: As Operations & Sales Director I diversified the business mix, implemented applicant and vendor management systems, managed the transition of a large client portfolio and negotiated a major recruitment outsourcing contract.

HR & Operational Excellence – Starbucks

Context: Starbucks (Amrest CEE) needed to improve HR processes and support expansion in Romania.

Action: Implemented a workforce management system covering onboarding, recruitment and retention, and managed the opening of six new coffee shops.

Sales Transformation – GE Money & Garanti Bank

Context: The bank’s sales channels were fragmented and underperforming.

Action: As Head of Sales & SFE Project Manager I integrated high‑performing sales units into the branch network, reduced non‑performing branches from 33 to 17 and reshaped the sales force effectiveness programme. Developed strategy and tactical plans for the Strategic Partnership Department.
